Daywork
Washdowns, teak, varnish, interior, provisioning — a day or two at a time, paid at a day rate. It's how most crew get their start. Posts disappear on their own once the date passes.
Two weeks of yard-period assistance on an 80m. Masking, sanding, moving stores, keeping the boat tidy while the paint crew work around us. Long days but a genuinely good place to learn how a refit runs. Accommodation not provided — you need to be local or sort your own.
Four days of detailing on a 45m post-refit. Interior and exterior. We want someone who has done paint correction before, not just a wash and wax. Bring references or examples if you have them.
Boat show setup and show days. Four days, smart uniform provided, and you'll be on your feet the whole time. Presentable, well-spoken, and comfortable around brokers and guests. Previous show experience a plus.
⚓ Deal safely. Agree the rate and hours before you start, and never pay anyone to be given work — that's always a scam. Make sure you have the right to work in that country. YachtMuster isn't a party to anything you arrange here.
