Looking for a Captain who is happy running a small boat properly: hands-on, comfortable being the one who fixes things at 07:00 on a Sunday, and good with children aboard. The family have owned boats for twenty years and know what they want, which mostly means quiet competence. Master 500 or Master 3000, STCW, ENG1, plus a clean record and references we can actually call. Permanent. Winter is Palma with a light maintenance programme, so this is a job you can have a life alongside.
