Chief Engineer, 2:2, 105m private motor yacht, worldwide. Engineering department of five. Full technical responsibility, class and flag liaison, refit planning, budget ownership, and a major yard period in eighteen months that you would scope and run. Y1 or unlimited Second Engineer motor with substantial yacht time. HV essential. Previous Chief time on 70m+ essential. Experience with a full ISM technical file and a planned maintenance regime that survives an audit. This is a long-term seat. The outgoing Chief is retiring after nine years aboard and will hand over properly over two rotations. Package is negotiable for the right person and includes medical, pension contribution and business-class travel.
