Chief Officer (2:2) — 80m, dual season

Chief Officer, 2:2 rotation, 80m dual-programme motor yacht managed out of Viareggio. Reporting to the Master, with a Second Officer, Bosun, Lead Deckhand and two deckhands under you. Full ISM/ISPS responsibility, safety management, drills, deck budget and the maintenance plan. The vessel is in class with a planned five-yearly next winter, so there is a real project element to this over the next eighteen months. Essential • Master 3000 or OOW 3000 with substantial time in the rank • Previous Chief Officer time on 60m+ • ISM/ISPS working knowledge, not just the certificate • Fluent written English — you will be writing procedures Rotation is genuine 2:2, flights both ways, and the two of you handover in person rather than by email. Excellent management company behind the boat, which is not a phrase we use lightly.
