Chief Stewardess — 50m, Northern Europe programme

Something a bit different: 50m dual-programme yacht running Norway, Scotland and the Baltic rather than the Med. Chief Stew leading a team of three. Guest numbers are lower and the itinerary is more adventurous — expect fewer formal dinners and more packed lunches for a day ashore in the fjords. Provisioning in remote places is the real skill here. Wanted: three years interior with Chief or strong 2nd experience, STCW, ENG1, food hygiene. Cold-weather common sense. A driving licence is more useful than you'd think. Permanent, 50 days leave, and a winter in Amsterdam rather than a Spanish shed.
