Cook/Stew — 26m sailing charter, Greece

Cook/Stew for a 26m sailing charter yacht in the Cyclades. Two crew: skipper and you. Cooking for up to eight guests off a small galley, plus interior, laundry and helping on deck when we're manoeuvring. It's a lot, and the people who love this job really love it. Greek island provisioning is a skill — you'll get good at planning three days ahead and improvising on day four. STCW, ENG1, food hygiene. Charter or villa cooking experience ideal. Some Greek is a bonus, not a requirement. Seasonal, May to October, with strong tips and a returning bonus.
