Deck/Engineer — 34m sailing yacht, private

Deck/Engineer wanted for a privately used 34m sailing yacht. Owner sails her himself, four crew total, no charter. Half your week is deck — sails, lines, tender, varnish. The other half is the engine room: two gensets, watermaker, hydraulics for the furlers and the passerelle, and all the small systems that a boat this size lives or dies by. AEC 1 minimum, AEC 2 or Y4 preferred. STCW, ENG1, Powerboat 2. Sailing background essential; we will teach the systems, we cannot teach you to like sailing. Small crew, so the fit matters more than the CV. Permanent, private cabin, and a boat that spends winter in the Canaries rather than a shed in Barcelona.
