Small private 28m, three crew, Palma based. Captain, stew, and you. Straightforward job for someone who is happy on a small boat: washdowns, tender, lines, help the stew when it's busy, and be good company at dinner. Owner uses her about ten weeks a year, mostly Balearics. STCW and ENG1 required. Powerboat 2 required. Everything else we can work with — this is a genuinely good first or second boat. Permanent, year-round, Palma winter. Not a party boat and not a stepping stone to a 90m, but a calm place to get two solid seasons under you.
