Junior deckhand for the winter yard period on a 46m in Viareggio. November through February, possible extension into the season. Honest description: this is yard work. Masking, sanding, moving stores, keeping the boat clean while contractors traipse through it, tender maintenance, and long days when the paint window is open. You will learn more about how a yacht is actually built in three months than in a season of washdowns. STCW and ENG1 required, nothing else. Genuinely open to green crew with a good attitude.
