Lead Deckhand — M/Y Ostara, 55m

Lead Deckhand required for a busy 55m charter programme, Med summer and a Caribbean winter to follow. The role Running the deck team day to day under the Bosun — allocating the morning, keeping standards on the exterior, and owning the tender and toy programme through charter. You will be the one the guests see most on the aft deck, so presentation and manner matter as much as the varnish. We're after • 3+ seasons on deck, at least one on a boat over 45m • STCW, ENG1, Powerboat Level 2, RYA Yachtmaster Offshore or working towards it • Confident on a 7m+ tender in a busy anchorage • B1/B2 for the winter, or a genuine plan to get one What we offer Rotation is not on the table this year — this is a permanent, all-year berth with 45 days leave. Flights, medical and a training budget once you're past six months. We put two people through Yachtmaster last winter and would do the same again.
