Mate — 42m sailing yacht, Croatian charter season

S/Y Pale Horse, 42m sloop, charter out of Split. Looking for a Mate for the remainder of this season with a strong chance of continuing next year. Sailing experience is genuinely required here — this boat sails on charter, not just to reposition. You will be running the deck for evolutions, standing a watch on passage, and handling guest briefings on a boat where the guests want to be involved. Tickets: OOW 3000 or Yachtmaster Offshore with commercial endorsement, STCW, ENG1, PDSD. Split-based, so a Croatian or EU work arrangement makes life much simpler. We can advise but not sponsor. Seasonal contract to end October. 3,500 charter tip average across the season last year, shared to a published scale.
