Mate/Engineer — 60m, dual-role, Med

Unusual one. 60m running a light private programme wants a Mate who can also carry an engineering ticket and cover the Chief's leave. Primary role is Mate — watches, deck management, tenders, ISM support. Secondary is engineering cover for roughly eight weeks a year while the Chief rotates off, on a boat with a very reliable plant and a good shore support contract. You need OOW 3000 plus Y4 (Y3 better), STCW, ENG1, and the honesty to say when something is beyond you. We know this combination is rare, which is why the salary reflects it. Permanent, 55 days leave.
