Seasonal Captain — 24m sailing charter, Croatia

24m sailing charter yacht, Croatian islands, next season (May to early October). Two crew plus you. Week-on-week charters out of Split and Trogir. You'll be sailing every day with guests aboard, handling clearance, provisioning oversight and the general running of a small commercial operation. It is hard work in July and glorious in September. Yachtmaster Offshore commercially endorsed as a minimum, MCA Master 200 preferred. Croatian licence and skipper endorsement is a real advantage — we can help with the paperwork but not the timeline.
