Sole Chef, 38m private motor yacht, Palma. Six guests maximum, five crew. Owner's family eat well and simply — Mediterranean, a lot of fish, good vegetables, proper bread. They are not looking for foam or tweezers. Crew food matters here and is not an afterthought; you would be cooking for the crew every day too. Need: professional kitchen background, at least one season on yachts as a sole chef, food hygiene level 2 or 3, STCW, ENG1. Dietary requirement experience (one gluten-free, one pescatarian in the family). Permanent with a genuinely quiet winter. Private cabin, and a galley that was rebuilt two years ago.
