Sole chef, 42m charter, Caribbean season out of St Maarten and Antigua. Ten guests, six crew. Charter cooking with island provisioning, which is the whole challenge — you plan around what the boat can carry and what actually arrives. Menus need to be flexible and you need to be relaxed about substitutions. Requirements: proven yacht sole-chef experience, food hygiene, STCW, ENG1, B1/B2, and a clean record for the islands. Contract runs to late April. Flights both ways, tips are excellent on this programme, and the boat crosses back to the Med in May if you want to continue.
