About the role
Sous Chef required on an 80m for the remainder of the season.
Supporting the Head Chef across guest and crew service, running the galley on their days off, prep, and ordering when we're in a hurry. Busy programme, professional galley, three of us in it.
Wanted: two years professional kitchen, at least one yacht season, food hygiene level 2, STCW, ENG1. Pastry ability is a big plus and would be reflected in the offer.
Seasonal to end November with the Caribbean available afterwards.
