Watersports Instructor / Deckhand — 55m, Caribbean

Watersports-focused deckhand for a 55m charter yacht, Caribbean season. Half the day is watersports: dive supervision, wakeboard and foil coaching, seabobs, inflatables, and getting nervous guests into the water happily. The other half is a normal deckhand's day, and applicants who think it's all toys don't last. Need: PADI Divemaster minimum (Instructor preferred), STCW, ENG1, Powerboat 2, and B1/B2. Kite or wing-foil coaching is a real differentiator. Seasonal to April. Shared cabin, tips shared equally across crew.
